Progressive Nashville is intended to be an advocate for government that puts people first. It’s not just about complaining about what’s wrong – but offering Progressive solutions on issues such as growth and development, schools, business, health care and more.

Writers who join our team will be free to express their thoughts, but our goal is to feature content that deals heavily with local issues. If you only want to complain about George Bush, this probably isn’t the blog for you. But if you want to speak out about things that affect your neighborhood or the metro area, this could be your new home.

The best way to help people understand how a more Progressive government can improve their lives is to tell them what we have to offer. That understanding will bring more support for Progressive officials and help us elect new Progressive candidates.
